GHK Ladies Hockey Club comprises of four female hockey teams playing at National and District level. Based at the High School of Glasgow in the West End of Glasgow, the teams train weekly throughout the season and play league matches at weekends. 

The 1st XI will play in National Division 1 for season 2011-2012. The 1^st XI squad undertakes a fitness session on Monday evenings and a technical session on Friday evenings, whilst in addition attending joint 1st and 2nd XI training on a Wednesday night.

The 2nd XI are entered in the West District 2 League, and attend Wednesday night club training along with the 1st XI.

The 3rd and 4th XIs also play at District level, with both teams proving to be good development sides helping to give young players (12years +) experience. The 3rd and 4th XIs attend training on a Thursday night .

Intermediate Training session for Secondary 2s and 3s allows a smooth transition for young payers from the junior club to the senior club. Training evenings are on a Thursday.

Junior sessions are for P5 to S1 age groups and take place on a Wednesday from 5.30-6.30pm.

All training sessions and home matches take place at the astroturf pitch at the High School of Glasgow grounds in Anniesland.
