GHK Ladies Hockey Club comprises of four female hockey teams playing at National and District level. Based at the High School of Glasgow in the West End of Glasgow, the teams train weekly throughout the season and play league matches at weekends. 

The 1st XI has remained in National 1 for the past four seasons. The 2008/9 season saw the 1s girls  in the bottom split for the second half of the season, but they were able to secure a further season in National 1 for 2009-2010. The 1^st XI squad trains on a Wednesday evening (6.15-8pm) in addition to joint 1st and 2nd XI training on a Tuesday night  (6.30-8pm).

The 2nd XI are entered in the National Reserve League, and attend Tuesday night club training 6.30- 8pm.

The 3rd and 4th XIs play at District level, with both teams proving to be good development sides helping to give young players (12years +) experience. The long term goal is to feed these young stars into the 2nd and 1st XIs. The 3rd and 4th XIs attend Thursday night  training 7 - 8.30pm.

Intermediate Training session for Secondary 1s allows a smooth transition for young payers from the junior club to the senior club. Training runs every Thursday from 6-7pm.

All training sessions and home matches take place at the astroturf pitch at the High School of Glasgow grounds in Anniesland.
